Experience:

* Five or more years with developing and managing reporting tools, specifically, USA Staffing and COGNOS What you will be doing:
Account Management and Access Control
* DCPDS Account Management:
Create, modify, deactivate, and activate accounts for civilian and external users.
* BOERS Account Management:
Create, modify, and deactivate accounts for civilian and external users. Reporting and Data Analysis
* Generate ad-hoc and recurring reports to analyze serviced population data.
* Produce scheduled recurring reports.
* Create recurring quarterly reports.
* System Testing and Training
* BOERS System Testing:
Conduct testing after system upgrades or patches.
* BOERS Training:
Provide training on the BOERS system. Other Key Support Areas
* Support for Probationary Corrections
* Furlough corrections
* FIAR Audit
* MyBiz Ticket Support
* DPMAP Support (Performance Issues)
