Summary
The Metrics Analyst supports by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to evaluate the effectiveness of communications, outreach, and engagement initiatives. This role translates complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic communications and decision-making.
Responsibilities- Collect and analyze metrics from digital platforms, media monitoring tools, and engagement activities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and briefings for leadership and stakeholders
- Measure performance of communications campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate with communications and digital teams to align metrics with strategy
- Support continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and reporting schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Communications, Business, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in metrics, analytics, or performance reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
- Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and digital analytics platforms
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting communications or public affairs metrics preferred
