Job Summary:

ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, actively recruiting for a Project Manager to support science and engineering innovation programs. The role involves implementing projects, overseeing strategy and operations, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of tasks and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Implement projects for an IT and innovative program directorate.

• Oversee strategy implementation, daily operations, task progress, logistics, performance, and deliverables of specific directorate efforts and/or programs.

• Ensure quality and timely delivery of tasks and deliverables, including those assigned, developed, and implemented by support contractors.

• Serve as the point of contact for technical program management tasks and deliverables.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the directorate, division, sections, or program tasks requested by the federal team.

• Collaborate closely with federal staff responsible for identifying and overseeing requirements.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of management experience.

• BS/BA degree or equivalent education and/or experience.

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred:

• Master’s or PHD degrees in equivalent education

• Demonstrated skills and experience in project management and strategy.

• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools and systems.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
