Overview

Service Now Developer role at All for One Egypt. We are seeking a candidate to develop, configure, and customize Service Now applications across ITSM, CSM, and other modules, and to work with integrations and automation to deliver scalable solutions.

• Develop, configure, and customize Service Now applications across ITSM, CSM, and other modules
• Build and improve workflows, business rules, integrations, and automations (Flow Designer, Integration Hub)
• Collaborate closely with our architect and platform team in Germany to design scalable, high-quality solutions
• Work on integrations with systems like SAP, OKTA, Azure AD, and others
• Create reports and dashboards that bring visibility and insights to our stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• At least 1 year of hands-on Service Now experience (strong juniors welcome, seniors highly valued)
• Solid understanding of ITSM and CSM modules, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and Flow Designer
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and basic data modeling (CMDB)
• Independent, structured way of working with a passion for clean, scalable solutions
• Fluent in English and motivated to work in an international, hybrid team
