We have continued to advance the quality and availability of Chiropractic care in the Wellness industry.

Pay Range - $18/hr., Depending on Experience

Ability to work Monday through Friday with the flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Gain memberships to meet sales goals and promote wellness offerings
  • Greeting members and patients upon arrival; checking members and patients in to see the Chiropractor
  • Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions
  • Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with team members
  • Maintain cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
  • Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages
  • Communicate member concerns to management and follow policies and direction
  • Accept constructive criticism positively and use it as a learning tool
  • Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time; able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Uphold The Joint Chiropractic's core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT and ACCOUNTABILITY
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or higher
  • Complete transactions using point of sale software and keep patient accounts current and accurate
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • At least one year of previous sales experience
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in office management or marketing is a plus
