About the RoleAs the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR), you’ll oversee a vibrant rehab department that provides PT, OT, and SLP services in a skilled nursing setting. Your leadership will shape the success of both your team and our residents’ recovery journeys.
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team
- Coordinate and supervise all rehab services to ensure top‑quality care
- Monitor clinical outcomes and drive performance improvement
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams for optimal resident care
- Licensed PT/PTA/OT/SLP (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in an SNF/LTC setting (Required)
