As the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR), you’ll oversee a vibrant rehab department that provides PT, OT, and SLP services in a skilled nursing setting. Your leadership will shape the success of both your team and our residents’ recovery journeys.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team
• Coordinate and supervise all rehab services to ensure top‑quality care
• Monitor clinical outcomes and drive performance improvement
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams for optimal resident care

• Licensed PT/PTA/OT/SLP (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in an SNF/LTC setting (Required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
