As Clinic Director, you’ll maintain the clinical and operational success of the Alexandria location. You’ll have opportunities to:

• Mentor and develop newer clinicians
• Lead clinical education initiatives and in-house training
• Influence clinic strategy, culture, and community outreach
• Build and expand cash-based performance and wellness programs
• Develop your leadership skills through company-wide collaboration with other Clinic Directors and leadership

You’re an energetic, experienced leader who loves clinical care and team development. You should have:

• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Clinic Director or similar leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire a team.
• Expertise in orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and Virginia PT license (or eligibility).
