This position serves as serves as the Payroll Manager for DoIT organizing, planning, executing, controlling and evaluating all payroll functions for the department.

In this role you will develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for DoIT payroll operations as well as reviews and evaluates payroll procedures to ensure all records are processed and maintained in accordance with statutory and state regulations and policies. In addition, you will supervise a team of payroll staff engaged in the preparation, computation and processing of the department's bi-monthly payroll.
