Capabilities Development Specialist
Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
Location: Mark Center - Alexandria, VA
Required Skills and RelevantExperience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with DoD doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership and education, personnel, facilities, and/or policy (DOTMLPF-P) analysis.
- Experience with research and development of new requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience using communication skills, both written and oral, to include conducting research and preparing written products to present information.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in any field of study
Experience:
- Preferred certificate, degree or higher-level education to be in Business, Finance, Accounting,
- Information Technology or Engineering discipline.
- Experience interacting at the most senior levels of the DoD staff and Interagency (Offices of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, Combatant Commands, DARPA, ONR, DoS etc.)
- (general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level); and,
- Knowledge or experience with an OIE related field
