Position: Supervisory Investigative Analyst with Security Clearance
Duties Help
* The incumbent of this position is a Supervisory Investigative Analyst who supervises and provides overall direction and guidance to the data integrity team, made up of the directorate's investigative analysts and investigative support specialists.
* Independently ensures that the data team provides the full range of statistical analysis and reporting on the programs of the Whistle blower Reprisal Investigations Directorate.
* Establishes, develops, maintains, and provides standardized and ad hoc statistical reports, using spreadsheets, pivot tables, and other functions, for internal and external audiences. Manages database quality control to ensure data integrity.
* Leads the generation of graphics, dashboard and views of program statistics to guide personnel in the accomplishment of business processes and functions.
* Represents the interests of the directorate in the implementation of the enterprise-wide case management system to the other major DoD components, including identifying and testing requirements to develop functionalities of the CRM-based system. Requirements Help Conditions of employment
* Must be a U.S. Citizen.
* Position has been designated as security designation level Non-Critical Sensitive. Incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

* You may be required to complete a financial disclosure (OGE-450).
* Incumbent is required to submit to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment and is subject to random drug testing for the duration of service with DoD OIG.
* Current DoD civilian employees are not required to submit to drug testing if moving from one Testing Designated Position (TDP) to another with no break in service, unless deemed appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
* The incumbent must adhere to the DoD Standards of Conduct. Qualifications Time in Grade:
For entry at the GS-14 grade level, status applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-13 or equivalent or higher grade in the Federal Service. Specialized

Experience:

Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-13 level in the Federal service or at an equivalent level. Specialized experience is defined as demonstrated work experience related to developing statistical reports for internal and external stakeholders; developing policies and procedures related the case management system that accurately reflect and support the directorate's business processes; providing technical support to WRI personnel on the case management system, including developing and delivering training, user guides, and customized dashboards;

identifying data entry errors and ensuring they are corrected; developing user stories and testing functionality in the development and maintenance of the enterprise-wide CRM-based system. You must meet the minimum qualification requirements as stated in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Operating Manual, Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions: http:// Paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, Ameri Corps) and other organizations (e.g., professional;

philanthropic; religious; spiritual, community, student, social) is qualifying. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience. Qualification and time-in-grade requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Applicants who have held a non-temporary General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must meet the time-in-grade restriction.
