Responsibilities
  • Serve as a data specialist, assisting with phases of data analysis and dissemination.
  • Provide assistance in the compilation, analysis, evaluation, and reporting of eligibility processing data for compliance with State and Federal guidelines.
  • Assist with the collection and compilation of a variety of eligibility information regarding Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) outcomes.
  • Apply standard statistical techniques to generate data for internal reports and monitor Print and Mail room status.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis on programmatic, social, and economic data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college with courses in statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics and related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of professional experience applying advanced statistical and research methods and techniques in the collection, summarization, manipulation, and analysis of computer data.
  • Two (2) years of professional experience collecting and compiling data from computerized files, verifying accuracy, conducting advanced statistical analysis, and reporting patterns of inconsistencies.
  • Two (2) years of professional experience reviewing and analyzing existing reports for accuracy of data, trends, and projections.
  • Two (2) years of professional experience generating data reports that include standard statistical methods and techniques for collection, analysis development, and reporting purposes.
Conditions of Employment
  • Requires the ability to work overtime and/or outside of regular business hours.
