Key Responsibilities Participate in and apply the environmental health and safety plan, including performing weekly safety audits Manage and mentor project engineer team members, organizing their duties and providing performance feedback Prepare and maintain project schedules and various document control entities, ensuring effective communication of project information
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a project engineer, preferably in commercial construction Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field Detailed knowledge of assigned project scopes with a hands-on approach Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, scheduling software, and BIM software Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented approach to coordinate and resolve project issues
