Technologies is actively seeking an experienced engineer to join our team to provide onsite support to the Mark Center Internet Security Stack by operating and maintaining a secure commercial internet connection. This focuses on two major parts: the network and devices supporting the Intrusion Detection System/Intrusion Prevention System and the customer environments. Active Secret clearance and current IAT II certification required.

• Maintain performance standards for the network devices
• Proactively monitor and maintain devices
• Support security, hardware, and software patches
• Respond to network issues
• Maintain firewalls, administer and maintain network IP addresses
• Document processes and be able to analyze and recommend improvements in processes or technologies
• Update and maintain relevant passive cable plant onsite
• Assist new customers with any issues, and resolve service requests

• Combination of education and experience to lead others in maintaining SLAs
• 5-9 years of experience with troubleshooting and resolving outages or service degradation issues
• Prior experience with IAVAs and working with IA teams
• ITIL experience and able to train others in ITIL processes
• Maintain Radius server utilizing Cisco ISE
• Knowledge of SAN administration
• Experience with various IT services monitoring stacks
• Performance of network utilization, performance, and configuration
• Knowledge of Palo Alto systems is highly desired

• Knowledge of Palo Alto systems is highly desired

• DoD Secret required, Top Secret with SCI eligibility preferred

• IAT Level 2 certification required

• High School Diploma

• $80,000 - $120,000
