Science Teacher (School Year )Bishop Ireton High School has an opening for a full-time Science teacher for the school year at our campus in Alexandria, Virginia. Candidates should be able to teach one or more of the following:
Physics, Biology, Chemistry. Interest in Engineering is also considered.
Candidates will:
- demonstrate professionalism in a collaborative environment.
- have strong communication skills.
- possess a bachelor's degree in a science field; master's degree preferred.
- possess or be willing to obtain a Virginia teaching license or VCEA license.
- citizenship, residency or work visa required.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and take required in-person Virtus training.
