Outreach & Engagement Program Manager; O&E PM Security Clearance

Position: Outreach & Engagement Program Manager (O&E PM) with Security Clearance
Active DoD Security Clearance Required The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking an Outreach & Engagement Program Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of outreach and engagement services supporting a mission-critical digital enterprise delivering quality-of-life information and services to military members and their families. This role leads Digital Services staffing, performance, and execution of the program activities and supports program ideation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day oversight of all Digital Services team personnel and program performance.
* Make recommendations to the Government regarding Digital Services related schedules, personnel, performance, and ideation.
* Prepare responses to Government on Digital Services issues and concerns.
* Lead planning and execution of outreach and engagement strategies across stakeholder, content, and digital channels.
* Track engagement results and refine tactics to support measurable program outcomes.

Position Requirements :
* A minimum of eight years of experience in managing Government communications, corporate communications, or marketing communications including stakeholder management and maintaining internal and external relationships.
* A minimum of five years' experience in O&E management in brand and content development, public relations, strategic planning, and web and social media operations.
* A minimum of five years of experience leading content development and creative services, including visual design, multimedia content production, and digital accessibility compliance.
* A minimum of five years of experience developing targeted campaigns for a user base of 1M or more.
* Possess a current PMI Project Management Professional certification or equivalent.

Education Requirements:

* A minimum of a bachelor's degree related to Digital Services, public relations, marketing, communications, or other field related to work under this requirement.
