Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Physician to provide medical evaluations and treatment in a Physical Therapy/Rehab setting for adult and adolescent patients.
Responsibilities- Work involves managing a diverse patient population, primarily in Orthopedics, Personal Injury, and Workers Compensation.
- Perform physical exams, develop treatment plans, and oversee patient care, including medication administration.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to improve patient outcomes.
- Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, with coverage in Norfolk/Va Beach/Portsmouth three days and Newport News two days. No weekends or on-call.
Benefits include a salary of $205,000-$230,000, mileage reimbursement, health benefits, paid time off, holidays, 401(k) with matching, malpractice insurance, and professional development support.
QualificationsRequirements include a medical license in the state of practice and comfort working in a busy outpatient environment. Preferred experience in Orthopedics and outpatient care. Interested candidates should submit their resume.
