Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are looking for a team of Customer Service Representatives to join our client's fast growing team! If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support by handling basic account inquiries, password resets, and troubleshooting general website or access-related issues.

• Customer Service
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of customer service experience, including phone and/or email contact center support, data entry, issue tracking, and familiarity with Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) systems
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong listening and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous approach to customer interactions
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Comfortable using web-based databases, software applications, and email platforms
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• This position is 100% onsite in Alexandria, Virginia
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
