Customer Service Representative

Overview

Cyprus Air is a Heating and Air Conditioning company serving the VA, MD, and DC metro area since 1967. We are a stable, family-owned business that treats our employees like family. We are currently seeking 3 full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, primarily enhancing the customer experience
• Facilitate effective communication across the organization ensuring the right people are involved, with the right level of information needed to make decisions
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining an effective solution, expediting correction, and following up to ensure resolution
• Answer high volume of incoming calls
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Assist with scheduling appointments, ordering, receiving, tracking, and reporting

• Two years sales experience (retail sales preferred) with superior customer service skills
• Positive, energetic, confident, and results-driven personality
• Excellent follow through, detailed-oriented, and resourceful
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Google Docs and Calendar, Point of Sale systems and other internal systems
• Ability to thrive in a growing, changing environment
• Flexible, adaptable, and available to work weekends and evenings

The initial schedule will be Monday through Friday, and new hires must have availability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed once they are fully trained.
