Part-Time Color Analyst (Contract) – Join Lily's Color Lab in Alexandria/DC Metro!

, helping clients unlock their most flattering palettes with expert draping and guidance.

We're expanding our vibrant team in the Alexandria/DC Metropolitan Area and seeking an enthusiastic, reliable Part-Time Color Analyst to deliver transformative in-person sessions and support our growing community!

• Conduct in-depth 1-2 hour 12-season color analysis consultations for individuals and small groups (in-person draping sessions)
• Guide clients in understanding and applying their seasonal palette to wardrobe, makeup, accessories, and more
• Create a warm, professional, and welcoming experience while maintaining punctuality and high standards
• Follow up post-session with personalized color guides and ongoing client communication
• Travel locally for events/pop-ups in the Alexandria/DC area
• Bonus:
  Collaborate on social media content (on-camera presence is a big plus — we work with influencers!)

• Genuine passion for fashion, beauty, styling, and color theory
• Natural customer service charisma and excellent verbal communication
• Comfortable and confident on camera (huge plus!)
• Strong organizational skills to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Preferred (not required):
  Experience in beauty/fashion, customer service, content creation, video editing, or social media

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor
• Based in or near the Alexandria/DC Metro area (local travel required)
