Here is your opportunity to join Flatiron Dragados - one of North America's most respected and fastest growing heavy civil construction companies! We are actively recruiting for team members to join us on our Franconia JV project.

Job Location s: US-VA-Alexandria

Leads crew of hourly workers on a project site and manages safety, planning, production and performance of directed construction tasks.

• Crew will be tasked with both drainage and grading responsibilities
• Managing a crew made up of operators and laborers.
• Performs onsite coordination of labor activities, materials and equipment. Requests materials needed for scope of work.
• Supports safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and sub-contractors.
• Understands daily production schedule and adjusts work to meet schedule and cost parameters.
• Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments per management's direction.
• Expectations are that foreman and crew will be working 10 hour shifts or more. Possibility of switching between day and night shift.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with project construction tools and equipment safety.
