Old Creek Homes is hiring a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential construction projects in Arlington and Alexandria. The company has grown from $1 million in 2020 to more than $20 million in 2025, offering professionals the chance to grow their expertise and career in homebuilding.
Responsibilities- Oversee multiple residential construction projects to ensure timely, on‑budget, and high‑quality completion
- Coordinate, schedule, and supervise subcontractors, including on‑site walkthroughs
- Procure subcontractor bids; finalize scopes of work and execute contracts
- Maintain schedules and document progress, issues, and tasks using project management software
- Bachelor’s degree required; 3 years of construction experience preferred
- Proficient with project management, scheduling, and budget software
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and trade coordination
- Familiarity with local codes, inspections, and requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commensurate with experience
