Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful outcomes while fostering strong relationships and a safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; define project scope and goals with stakeholders.
Monitor budgets, address variances, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Assist in developing and managing the request for information and submittal process.
Lead project teams, conduct regular meetings, and promote a collaborative work environment.
Enforce quality standards and resolve project quality issues.
Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and address challenges proactively.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and cultivate a safety-first culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
Certifications (Preferred): PMP certification, OSHA 10-Hour Safety
