Job DescriptionBUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST LEVEL III
- Experience with DTS (Defense Travel System) and CATMS (other Task Management System experience may be considered)
- Executive level support experience, experience within DoD and/or other federal agencies.
- Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers.
- Must have outstanding customer service abilities to initiative, judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence.
- Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
- Clearance:
Active Secret - Minimum of five (5) years of specialized in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity.
- Experience desirable:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
