A leading facilities services provider in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Pricing Specialist to prepare cost proposals and analyze pricing strategies for complex projects. The successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in facilities maintenance pricing. They will work closely with Operations and Procurement to optimize pricing strategies and ensure compliance with Federal regulations. This role requires on-site presence for at least three days a week.
