Whatwill you do in this role?
- Develop new business opportunities outside of the currently established client base.
- Expand follow‑on engagements at assigned current client accounts.
- Establish credibility for ITQ validation and other services by demonstrating industry and subject‑matter expertise.
- Work collaboratively with marketing to create and execute campaigns and outreach efforts that result in new business leads for ITQ services.
- Network with internal peers in other functional areas to create new business opportunities associated with business in other Sikich business areas.
- Use social media and email (Salesoft) to create awareness for ITQ services by demonstrating industry and subject‑matter expertise.
- Attend industry conferences and events to increase brand awareness, network and execute on business development initiatives.
- Meet assigned sales target from new business opportunities outside of the currently established client base and follow‑on engagements at assigned current client accounts.
- Engage with client senior stakeholders & decision‑makers to qualify opportunities, conduct initial discovery, develop a statement of work (SOW), understand the buying process, and successfully guide negotiations to complete contracting.
- Work collaboratively with internal colleagues to demonstrate value to prospective clients and to execute internal and external tasks required to drive new business.
- BS/BA in relevant field or 3 years equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years customer‑facing experience in GxP regulated Life Science Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve client growth and retention targets.
- Ability to use written & verbal skills to communicate effectively with senior decision‑makers.
- Experience using Salesloft or similar tools to nurture new client relationships.
- Ability to travel 20% to 50% if required.
