  • Improve handoff workflows between sales, marketing, and program delivery.
  • Maintain CRM for data accuracy while assisting with reporting, dashboards, and pipeline visibility.
  • Conduct warm outreach or follow‑up calls to members or prospective partners to support the sales process and drive engagement.
Membership Growth & Engagement
  • Assist with new member onboarding, orientation, and early engagement.
  • Provide support for member inquiries related to programs, benefits, or participation.
  • Track member activity and identify opportunities for cross‑sell or increased engagement.
  • Monitor member engagement trends and support renewal and retention efforts as needed.

  • Serve as project coordinator for revenue‑related campaigns, product launches, and event promotions.
  • Help identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements across sales, marketing, and fulfillment processes.
  • Assist in implementing new tools, templates, and systems to improve revenue team productivity.
  • Maintain shared resources, documentation, and internal knowledge libraries.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications to ensure promotional efforts align with sales needs.
  • Provide day‑to‑day coordination support for ISA’s Women in Industry Network, including communication, scheduling needs, and program logistics as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, operations, account management, sales enablement, program marketing, or similar roles.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech‑savvy and confident navigating digital tools, including AMS platforms, CRM systems, Canva for basic design, and common productivity software like Monday.
