Position Summary What will you do in this role?- Interact daily with Dealer Services/Equipment Management clients and be involved in various short- and long-term Dealer Services/Equipment Management client projects to implement, upgrade and support.
- Serve as Dealer Services/Equipment Management vertical expert and serve as part of an Implementation team on multiple ongoing Implementations.
- Serve as Dealer Services/Equipment Management consultant on Microsoft D365 Business Central implementations.
- Participate in Solution design Workshops & User Acceptance Workshops.
- Proactively identify project risks and opportunities for process improvement, sharing recommendations with leadership.
- Communicate project updates and status to management.
- Participate in creating branded, client-facing documentation, including training guides and process flows.
- Suggest areas of improvement in methodology and internal processes along with potential solutions.
- Foster teamwork and maintain an inclusive environment for all team members.

- BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience, preferably in a professional services or management consulting firm.
- 3+ years' experience in the Dealer Services/Dealer Equipment vertical.
- 3+ years' experience with Dysel's Equipment Life Cycle (ELC) software, a plus.
- 3+ years' experience in software Implementations.
- 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and D365 Business Central.
- Proficiency in related Vertical Specific ISV Products (Reporting tools, Field Service, Power Platform.).
- Strong written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritizing tasks to meet client and leadership goals.
