Business Development Manager - Janitorial JN -
Join a fast‑growing commercial cleaning company recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest‑growing private companies. We’re expanding across the Mid‑Atlantic and seeking a driven Regional Business Development Manager to lead growth and build high‑performing sales teams.
Benefits and Compensation- Competitive base salary ($100,000 - $150,000 based on experience) with uncapped commission earning potential

- 5+ years of B2B janitorial sales experience
- Sales experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning services is required, preferably from a larger company
- Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets in service‑based industries (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, staffing, or logistics)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of Sales Managers, generating leads, conducting walkthroughs, closing deals, and supporting client relationships
- Experience using CRM systems such as Hub Spot
- Previous exposure to startup or high‑growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead change successfully
- Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment
