Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B janitorial sales experience
  • Sales experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning services is required, preferably from a larger company
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets in service‑based industries (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, staffing, or logistics)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of Sales Managers, generating leads, conducting walkthroughs, closing deals, and supporting client relationships
Preferred Background & Skills
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Hub Spot
  • Previous exposure to startup or high‑growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead change successfully
  • Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment
