Management Analyst - Alexandria, VA

Ideate Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Management Analyst to join our implementation team developing a shared services environment for an innovative federal government agency. The management analyst will support the analysis and documentation of requirements and processes required during implementation.

Reports to the Project Manager, Program Manager, and Government Execs.

Interfaces with senior client management and business users to map out and document business and/or IT requirements.

Reviews changes that occur throughout lifecycle to ensure all required artifacts are submitted and are of quality

Supports the program by preparing agendas; reviewing and analyzing agenda items; capturing meeting notes and action items; following up on action items to ensure their completion; and producing or supporting all associated deliverables

Supports the preparation, review, and delivery of all contract deliverables such as metric reports, program procedures, and the forward schedule of change

Updates program area documentation at predefined intervals and upon request of the Program Manager

Ensures communication of issues and resolutions occur in a timely and effective manner

Evaluates and updates the communications plan to maintain effectiveness throughout the release process

At least 12 years of professional experience

At least 8 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Business Process Redesign

At least 5 years of experience facilitating/leading requirements management efforts

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
