Truck Driver

Truck Driver – Temporary, Full Time

40+ hrs/week, Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (variable). Minimum pay $30.83/hr; overtime $46.25/hr after 40 hrs/week (or 8 hrs/day on state-funded Minnesota projects). Employment period:
April 1 2026 – November 15 2026. Work in Douglas County, MN, with deliveries throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Northeast Nebraska and Northwest Iowa.

• Operate a tractor‑trailer or truck with a GVW of at least 26,000 lbs transporting equipment or construction materials (e.g., asphalt, aggregate, millings) from gravel pits to job sites.
• Assist with loading or unloading trucks as required.
• Ensure compliance with all trucking regulations and safety requirements.

• Minimum 12 months of truck‑driving experience.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• No on‑the‑job training will be provided.

• Optional, free transportation to worksites; lodging provided within 20 mi of worksites.
• Reimbursement for 50 % of transportation and subsistence to the recruitment site if the worker completes 50 % of the contract period.
• Daily subsistence provided at a minimum of $16.28 and a maximum of $68.00 with receipts.
• Reimbursement of visa, visa‑processing, border crossing, and related fees during the first workweek.
• Tools, supplies, and equipment provided at no cost.
• Guarantee of work hours equal to at least 75 % of each 12‑week period of the total employment period.
