Machine Operator - Nail Inserting

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a  
** Machine Operator
** to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department, supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a solid work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** 2nd shift is 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM Monday-Friday

3rd shift is 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM;
Sunday-Thursday

** Pay Range:**  $18-$19/hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate nail-inserting machinery.

+ Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards.

+ Maintain equipment and perform routine inspections.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

+ Document production data accurately and timely.

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; our client welcomes those early in their manufacturing career.

+ Above average computer skills to operate machinery and input data.

+ Some mechanical ability to troubleshoot minor issues.

+ Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the team.

+ A strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.
