Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM

What Puts You on Our Shortlist for CNC Machine Operator- Machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, or CMM machines is a plus
- Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to cross-train and grow within the shop
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
- Load and unload parts and ensure finished components meet precise specifications
- Read blueprints and manufacturing orders
- Perform detailed inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Assist with secondary machine shop duties (deburring, tumbling, packing, etc.)
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment clean
- Load programs into CMM machines and ensure inspection accuracy
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and QRM
- Collaborate with team members and communicate across shifts
