A respected and growing manufacturer of advanced packaging automation is hiring an Electrical Assembly Technician to play a hands‑on role in building, wiring, and debugging high‑performance industrial machinery. • Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (First Shift Only)
• Pay Rate: $20.50-$22.00 per hour, based on experience

• Assemble, wire, set up, and debug electrical systems for packaging automation machinery
• Complete machine builds according to mechanical and electrical specifications and assembly documentation
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to ensure machines meet quality and performance standards
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of the build documentation throughout the assembly process
• Collaborate respectfully with cross‑functional teams to support project completion timelines
• Assist with training and mentoring assembly team members as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including tools, equipment, and workstations
• Support continuous improvement while following all safety policies and procedures
• Travel to customer sites when requested to support machine installation or service

• Associate degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field, and at least 2 years of relevant experience
• OR high school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant electrical or machine assembly experience
• Strong understanding of electrical systems used in industrial or packaging machinery
• Proven ability to set up, test, and debug complex machines
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and technical documentation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic
• Clear, professional communication skills and a team‑focused mindset
• Packaging industry experience is preferred but not required
