We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to take ownership of a large, high-performing inside sales organization. This role will transition from founder-led oversight to full leadership responsibility and will play a critical role in shaping long-term commercial strategy. The position partners closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale a direct-to-consumer sales organization of 30+ sales and support professionals
  • Own day-to-day sales operations, ensuring consistent execution of sales processes and best practices
  • Design and deliver sales training, product education, and enablement tools
  • Drive performance through clear KPIs, coaching, accountability, and hiring top sales talent
  • Own sales forecasting and collaborate cross-functionally on demand and operational planning
  • Deliver market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to leadership
  • Develop pricing approaches and promotional strategies in partnership with marketing
  • Support go-to-market planning, product launches, and sales playbook development
  • Serve as a senior leadership contributor influencing company-wide strategy and growth initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of senior-level sales leadership experience, with strong exposure to direct-to-consumer models
  • Demonstrated success driving profitable revenue growth at scale
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Advanced experience with CRM and sales systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Excel; ERP exposure a plus)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence
  • Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Industry experience in equipment, manufacturing, or construction-related sectors is a plus
