We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven senior sales leader to take ownership of a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer sales organization. This role offers a rare opportunity to step into a leadership position with immediate influence and a clear path to full responsibility for the sales function as part of a planned executive transition.
In this role, you will lead a team of more than 30 inside sales professionals and support staff
, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on operational involvement. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and building scalable sales processes that deliver an exceptional customer experience.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team
, you will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, support demand planning, and align sales execution with company-wide objectives. You will also regularly engage with private equity partners, contributing insights that inform long-term growth initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing direct-to-consumer sales team
- Drive consistent execution of sales processes, training programs, and performance metrics
- Establish and manage KPIs, forecasting, and accountability frameworks
- Partner cross-functionally on pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and demand forecasting
- Provide market and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making
- 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience, including direct-to-consumer environments
- Demonstrated success growing revenue and managing teams at scale
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with CRM and reporting platforms such as Hub Spot; advanced Excel skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
