Comes Investments started as a single unit Pizza Hut in Carroll, Iowa by Frank and Marsha Comes. Today it is still in the Comes Family and operated by Joe Comes. We are celebrating 50 plus years in the pizza business. Today the company operates 33 restaurants in 3 states and we are looking to grow in 2026.

This is a full-time on-site role for a District Manager located in Alexandria, MN. The District Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, achieving sales and profitability goals, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Additionally, the District Manager will analyze operational performance, manage budgets, and foster a positive and productive work environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

• Leadership and team management skills, including staff supervision, team development, and conflict resolution
• Business and financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, sales, and performance analysis
• Operational management expertise, including process improvement, logistics coordination, and adherence to policies
• Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships with both team members and clients
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using business software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience as a District Manager or in a similar role is highly desirable
