Full Time – 80 hours/pay period – 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. – Includes every other weekend and holiday

Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
- Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills, respecting their preferences.
- Encourage residents to engage in social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing resident spaces.
- Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
- Welcome new residents and help them transition smoothly into their new home.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure exceptional care.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Clear and compassionate communication abilities.
- A commitment to serving with excellence and integrity.
- Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification (preferred and may be required for some levels of assisted living).
- Ability to pass a state-required background study.
- Physical ability to perform the duties required by the position.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents, and visitors.
