Base pay range: $18.50/hr – $23.65/hr
Schedule:
Full Time – 64 hours/pay period – 10:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. – includes every other weekend and holiday.
We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative and caring community. As a Resident Assistant, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional care and support to residents by assisting with daily activities, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
- Support residents with meals, restorative care and life skills, respecting their preferences.
- Encourage residents to engage in social, recreational and wellness activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping, laundry and organizing resident spaces.
- Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or emotional well‑being to nursing staff.
- Welcome new residents and help them transition smoothly into their new home.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure exceptional care.

- Previous caregiver, personal care assistant or similar role experience (preferred but not required).
- Critical thinking, problem‑solving and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification preferred (may be required for some levels).
- Ability to pass a state‑required background study.
- Physical ability to perform the duties required by the position.
- Ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents and visitors.
