Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a   
** Registered Nurse
** to work at a Facility in   
** Alexandria, MN.
** These are   _registry_  positions with our company.

** Pay Rate** : $37 / hour

** Shift:*
* + minimum of .8 or 64 hours/two weeks

Description:

* + Work cooperatively and participate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team utilize person-centeredthinking, positive behavior supports, motivationalinterviewing and trauma informed care to prevent and respond to patient situations. Comply with all safety andhealth standards, laws, regulations, policies, procedure sand protocols in order to ensure that all applicableenvironmental standards are met so that a safe, cleanhumane environment is provided for all patients andstaff.

Provide person-centered, trauma informed,culturally sensitive, professional nursing care so that the physical and emotional needs of each patient are met.

Implement the treatment plan and document results of interventions to assist patients in accomplishing theirindividual goals. Facilitate the care and documentation of care of the patient, from admission throughdischarge. Oversee and follow the medication administration policies and processes to ensuremedications are delivered sagely and in accordance withall regulatory guidelines. Extensions may be available.

Hours and shifts:
Full time, 10 hour shifts, day/evening rotation, every weekend.

Shifts:

6:30am-5pm and 12-10:30pm

** Position Requirements:*
* + Minimum of 2 years mental health and or substance use disorder experience.

+ Active Minnesota Nursing License.
