Pay Scale
: $38,000 - $48,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications). This position is eligible for quarterly gain sharing based on company performance

Summary

Geneva Capital LLC is a dynamic national equipment finance company. We remain focused on long-term growth, providing professional opportunities and promoting teamwork. We are looking to add a hardworking and highly motivated individual to our Operations Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Documentation Processing:

  • Review documentation requests for compliance with credit approval and established policies/guidelines
  • Identify and create appropriate contract documents
  • Review returned contracts for accuracy and completion
  • Compile files (digital and physical) in a standard manner for ease of information retrieval
  • Periodically review and recommend changes to documents and processes
  • Enter transaction details into software system (equipment data, pricing calculations, tax treatment identification)
  • Communicate with Sales Team (Inside and Outside) regarding alterations needed to comply with credit parameters, company policy and guidelines
  • Engage with Credit Team for understanding and assurance of compliance with required terms and conditions
  • Ensure the timely attention to all requests
  • Maintain data within software for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Assist in the servicing of incoming calls
  • Prepare and proof various correspondence upon request
  • Assist in the processing and review of credit applications
  • Take part in and lead miscellaneous project

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Microsoft Word
Preferred

Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree in Business
  • Experience working in Salesforce and/or Docu Sign
Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities
