IMMEDIATE OPENING! Hotel Facility Maintenance
Day, Evening and Night Shift – Rotating schedule and weekends required
Pay: $14.00 – 16.00/hr DOE

- Follow safety guidelines
- Follow standard work instructions as assigned
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building and facility equipment
- Inspect building facility to diagnose malfunctions
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance of facility
- Perform maintenance, such as, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, HVAC
- Change appliances as needed
- Assist with maintaining outdoor pool
- Maintain all standards of building facility
- Complete projects in a timely manner
- May work individually or in a team environment
- Must have 2 to 5 years experience in Facility Maintenance
- Able to comprehend work orders and maintenance logs
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and some carpentry
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work evenings
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
