Overview

Specialty Sales role focused on Style, Tech, and Beauty vides an energetic guest experience with strong operations, compelling visual merchandising, and a knowledge of assortment and brand offerings.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Utilize store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort and push freight to the sales floor; locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by routing merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-Up (DU) while complying with relevant laws (including adult beverage regulations as applicable).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and handheld scanners, and operate technology as directed.
• Effective communication, ability to work independently and in a team, and ability to resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash operations as needed; climb ladders; move merchandise safely (up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally).
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions; remain mobile for shift duration.
