Logistics/Merchandising/Operations Positions:

• Asset Protection Team Member

• High school diploma or GED preferred. Associates or Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice preferred for Asset Protection.
• Previous related experience preferred. Skills in operating POS equipment, customer service, and outdoor hobbies are a plus.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect and build rapport with customers. Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Proficiency with inventory software and POS systems.
• Passion for outdoor hobbies such as fishing and hunting.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 pounds, standing, walking, and other movements.
