Base pay range
$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr
SummaryHelp the General Manager with customer service, staffing, safety, cleanliness, daily operations, and cash/inventory control.
Requirements- Retail management experience.
- Class E license + Responsible Vendor certification.
- Effective communication, leadership, and basic computer skills.
- Support and run store operations.
- Enforce policies, safety rules, and uniform standards.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, customer‑ready store.
- Ensure proper cash handling and inventory accuracy.
- Help hire, train, schedule, and coach team members.
- Provide great customer service and resolve issues.
- Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling, occasionally driving.
- Lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Work in typical store conditions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Exposed to outdoor weather, indoor temperatures 68–82°F (brief exposure –10 to 100°F).
- May encounter wet or humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, vibration, and moderate noise levels.
