• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in recovery.
• Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, equipment, and standards of care.

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (If you don’t have it, we can help you obtain it!).
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
