Overview

Administrative Director of Women’s and Children’s Services at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA. This leadership role oversees the Labor & Delivery, OB/GYN, Nursery, Pediatrics and PICU operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal productivity and patient satisfaction goals.

• The Director of Women’s and Children’s Services is responsible for the overall management of the Labor & Delivery, OB/GYN, Nursery, Pediatrics and PICU operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal productivity and customer/patient satisfaction goals and objectives.

• Graduate of a Nursing program from an accredited school
• BSN required;
  Master in Nursing or health-related field preferred
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Louisiana
• At least five years related clinical experience with 1-3 years demonstrated leadership experience in the field of Women’s Services
• Exceptional organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR for Healthcare Providers must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
