Walmart Stores - Up to $38.46/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates; tour stores and provide feedback;
Tour to Teach communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, using technology and company direction, leading change efforts;
Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and manage customer service initiatives;
Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting forecasting and controlling expenses; ensure sales and profit goals are achieved;
Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and setting clear expectations
