Scope
:
Responsible for providing leadership and ongoing management of outpatient oncology services at MBPCC locations in central Louisiana.

• Master’s in Healthcare Administration/Management or Master’s in Business Administration
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience in a clinical setting or hospital setting including experience in health systems organizations, policies and procedures, process improvement, data analysis, project management, team building, benchmarking, knowledge of reimbursement trends in healthcare and community service programs.
• Oncology experience preferred.
