• Established PICU team
  with 2 Pediatric Intensivists and 2 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNPs)
• Flexible week-on/week-off schedule
  with home call (30-minute response time)
• Daily PNP coverage
  and collaborative care model
• Teaching opportunities
  with family practice residents, PNPs, RNs, and RTs

• Inpatient Pediatric Floor
• Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
• Pediatric Sedation Services
• No ECMO or post-op hearts
• Procedures include
  : intubations, lumbar punctures, line placement, chest tubes, CPR
• Documentation
  : H&Ps, progress notes, discharge summaries

• Pediatric Admissions: ~550/year
• PICU Admissions: 250–300/year
• Pediatric ADC: 6 | PICU ADC: 3
• Subspecialty Support:
  Cardiology, Pulmonology, GI
• Monthly Subspecialty Clinics: 1–2x/month
