A top-quality, fast-paced spa in Alexandria, LA is looking for a friendly, organized, and people-loving Front Desk Guest Services Associate to be the welcoming face of our spa.

If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and creating calm in a busy environment, this could be a perfect fit.

• Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday:
  11:30 AM – 7:45 PM
• Every other Saturday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
• Scheduling appointments using a computer-based system
• Recommending and up-selling spa services and products
• Handling cash, credit cards, and payments accurately
• Keeping the front desk running smoothly and stress-free

• A friendly, customer-focused personality
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfort with computers and scheduling systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A calm presence, even when it gets busy
